MINUTES
Call to Order
The Barclay Place at Heathrow Condominium Assoc. held their annual membership meeting on November 14, 2007, at the clubhouse, located at 1415 Farrindon Circle. President, Jon Mead called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. Board members present were: Jon Mead, Gail Joubran, and Naresh Mistry. Sandy Rathbun represented Sentry Management.
Management confirmed the establishment of a quorum of the membership. Eighteen Homeowners were present either in person or by proxy.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Jon moved to approve the November 15, 2006 as corrected. Gail seconded the motion. Motion carried.
ELECTION RESULTS
Notice of intent for Board of Director candidates were submitted by Jon Mead, Deborah Bracknell, Gail Joubran, Nerish Mistry, and Navija Valladores. Jon Mead, Deborah Bracknell, Gail Joubran, Nerish Mistry, and Navija Valladores were elected to the Board of Directors by acclamation to serve a 1 year term.
REPORT OF OFFICERS
President Jon Mead discussed the ongoing major maintenance repairs. He informed the Homeowners if this continues, there would have to be a special assessment as the monies are not in the budget for major repairs on the roofs and stucco.
The side walks have been repaired. The pool deck will be resurfaced. The asphalt and driveway repairs will be done. The chimney on the club house had major repair work done.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:35PM.
