The Board of Directors at Barclay Place is pleased to announce the official launch of its new community website, www.barclayplace-heathrow.com.

The website has many features intended to enhance communication not only with residents but also owners who are not on property. These features include:

• Online News Alerts. These will include news about Barclay Place as well as Heathrow and the surrounding community.
• Online Community Newsletter. The Barclay Place Community News-Journal will be published electronically once each month. Residents, owners and other interested parties may sign up to receive a copy of the newsletter via email and may also visit the website to see the archive of previous newsletters.
• Online Message Board. The Community Forum will contain messages posted by residents and owners from Barclay Place. A Swap Shop has already been set up to post household items for sale and visitors may sign up to post their own.
• Board Minutes and Agendas. Because it is very important that members of our community understand what is happening with Barclay Place, the website includes minutes of previous meetings as well as agendas for the upcoming meeting. A special form is also included if members wish to add an item to the meeting agenda.
• Calendar of Events. Board meetings, community events, holidays and special happenings are included in the Barclay Place events calendar. If you want to know what's happening, tune it.
• Important Forms and Documents. Want to alter the outer appearance of your unit? Simply print the ARB Form used for alteration requests and mail or fax it. Need to rent the clubhouse for a special event?  Just put in a request and read the clubhouse agreement, all online.
• Feedback Polls and Surveys. We're keeping our finger on the pulse of our community. At least once a month, we'll post a new poll and ask you to vote on what's important. You can see previous polls and check out the results.
