Notice Regarding Monthly Assessments

If you are an owner paying monthly assessments through direct withdrawal from a banking account, please be aware that you need to take the following steps with your bank to assure the appropriate receipt of your Monthly Assessment.

 

·       Stop the direct payment withdrawal to Regency Management.

 

·       Set up automatic payment with Sentry Management.

 

·       You must do this even if your payment was automatically deducted in March.

 

If this is not completed within the time requirements of your bank, you may need to mail your payment directly to Sentry Management using the payment coupons that were mailed to you at the beginning of March.
