Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month in the Barclay Place Clubhouse. The meeting agenda is posted on the website and at the mail kiosk on the Friday prior to the meeting date. Agenda items may be added by residents at any time prior to agenda publication by contacting Vesta Property Services or by using the form below.
